I was honored to get to celebrate our Diamond Award with the very people who inspired me while working for Inscape and still inspire me today! I joined Inscape (now Wiley Workplace Solutions) 15 years ago to train coaches, consultants & trainers how to incorporate DiSC into their leadership, team and management development solutions. During my 8 years at Inscape, I worked with brilliant, committed and passionate colleagues as we transformed the DiSC business into a world-class online platform reaching millions each year. In 2010, I made the difficult decision to leave as an employee and regain work/life balance as my husband and I raised our young daughters.
Since starting my coaching and facilitation business and becoming a Wiley Authorized Everything DiSC & Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team Partner in 2013, I have had the amazing honor of working with and learning from the very trainers, coaches and consultants I first trained — as we impact thousands of teams, leaders and workplaces. It was an amazing feeling of not only recognition but true partnership and an incredible journey of God’s hand in our lives in these 15 years.
