Tammy has always been fascinated with meaning, depth and seeking the truth. Curious by nature, she seeks to understand what’s really at the core, what’s at stake, and the impact it will have on our lives. Tammy has created a niche for customized programming for every individual client.

She is masterful at reading her audience and guiding her clients on a journey of self-discovery; digging into the core of their challenges and holding the possibility of a renewed commitment. The growth that happens in the workplace is often carried over to the growth that happens at home. If we can impact the workplace, inspire employees to be more of who they truly are, then we will ultimately be impacting our families, our communities and our world.

Tammy truly believes that everyone wants the same things in the workplace: we want to get results, be connected, know that we matter, and know our value. It’s often how we get there that causes the most frustration and disconnect.

She’s in constant practice of living a life of continuous improvement and contentment. Now more than ever, she is being asked to model courage, commitment, intention and connection in a whole new way.

When Tammy isn’t standing in front of teams or listening intently to her coaching clients, she is spending time with family and friends. Particularly, she can be found running, hiking, cooking, traveling, and journaling.
