As an award-winning Authorized Partner for Everything DiSC Solutions, I work with leaders and teams to build engagement, alignment, and momentum. The Everything DiSC tools are the frameworks in which to begin the necessary conversations around communication, engagement, processes, and direction. Ultimately, it all comes back to strengthening the culture, aligning the team and providing clarity for where they want to go and how they’re going to get there – all in an effort to create a high performing and high functioning team.

My unique value-add is that I worked directly for the Everything DiSC development company (Inscape Publishing, prior to the Wiley acquisition) for nearly 8 years as the Director of Training. I designed, developed and delivered JumpStart, the in-person Train-the-Trainer session for over 3,000 coaches, trainers, and consultants on how to integrate the Everything DiSC products into their client solutions. Due to this amazing experience, I am able to speak deeply about the research, development and creative applications of the Everything DiSC programs. Today, I use my 20 years of leading Everything DiSC sessions for thousands of leaders and teams as I help my clients apply the Everything DiSC framework to build more effective relationships – all across the company.
