As I send kids back to school and refocus on getting a routine in place for The Conversations That Matter, I find myself wondering if I need a few new tools for my briefcase. Afterall, we go out of our way to make sure our kids have everything they need to be successful. Why shouldn’t I do the same for myself?

Too often we expect great things of the people around us, but we don’t take the time to make sure they have what they need to meet and exceed our expectations.
